1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using UZUPRO PDF (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Service Description

UZUPRO PDF provides online PDF processing tools including but not limited to: merging, splitting, compressing, converting, signing, and watermarking PDF documents. The Service is operated by PDFUZZU PRO LTD, registered in England and Wales, with offices at 137a Blendon Road, Bexley, England, DA5 1BT.

3. Subscription and Payment

Access to the Service requires an active paid subscription. Plans are billed weekly, monthly, or annually as chosen. All payments are processed securely through Stripe. By subscribing, you authorise us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis.

4. File Processing and Data

Files uploaded to the Service are processed on our servers and automatically and permanently deleted after 1 hour. We do not store, analyse, or share your documents. You retain full ownership of all files you upload.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to process content that is illegal, infringing, or harmful. You may not attempt to reverse-engineer, circumvent security measures, or abuse the platform's systems.

6. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time via the billing portal. Access continues until the end of the current billing period.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PDFUZZU PRO LTD shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
